Your privacy is as important to me as my own. I don't like unsolicited calls, mail or email, I suspect no one does. That is why I keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from Dreaded Leather, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number and a password* (*for those who create an account). I use this information to process your order(s), to keep you updated on your purchases and to personalize your shopping experience. We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SLV Creations LLC reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards

I accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

If you are from the areas of Niagara or Orleans County NEW YORK which include Gasport, Middleport, Medina, Albion, Barker and Lyndonville- feel free to contact me before making a purchase, as I may be able to offer hand delivery or pick-up options to you.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability

Orders can be shipped as a gift to an address other than your own. PLEASE make sure that the address is entered correctly, regardless of where you would like it shipped.

I do not ship outside of the US.

Taxes

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where SLV Creations LLC holds a presence. SLV Creations LLC is based in New York and therefore a tax rate of 8% is included in the price of all purchases.

Returns, Refunds and Credit

I will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship if I am notified of the issue within 7 business days of order arrival.

For health reasons, no personal care products may be returned. Refunds or Store Credit may be given for these products instead.

We are a couple who make every product by hand. Product images and descriptions are accurate. Pictures are of the actual item you will receive unless plainly stated in description of made to order items. Please do not attempt to return a product because you did not read the description.

If you have a question about a product please contact us before purchase so that we may help you to decide if the product is right for you.

If you feel that there is an issue with your order please contact us with the details so we might find a resolution. If a return is applicable to your situation a printable return label will be emailed to the address given at time of purchase within 2 business days. If our resolution includes a refund the process will begin immediately. It can take a few business days before the refund posts to the payment method used at time of order- We are unable to expedite a refund as that process is entirely in the hands of the financial institutions once it has begun.
